The Future of Trucking Litigation: Smarter, Faster, Better

We are excited to share that our partners Steve Hughes and Joe Hoffman will be in attendance at the 2022 DRI Trucking Law Seminar. The seminar will take place April 27-29 at Speakeasy Austin in Austin, Texas.

Technology, operations, and even litigation related to the trucking industry have become increasingly complex, year over year. Trucking company owners and operators are absolutely right to approach safety compliance carefully because adherence to legal standards, as well as internal hiring practices, can serve to keep drivers safe and prevent costly verdicts.

At the 2022 DRI Trucking Seminar, legal experts will discuss how emerging technology in the trucking industry can impact new cases. Also, they will explore new medical techniques being used in injury cases and how to identify and respond to “junk science”. They will cover the use of expert testimony and how to respond to the kinds of experts typically used by plaintiffs’ counsel.

The seminar offers a number of networking opportunities for sharing these crucial ideas. If you plan to attend this event, we would love to talk. Click to view official information about the 2022 DRI Trucking Seminar.
